Gymnastics is offered for ages 3–5 and 6–9 years. The program includes coordination, balance, flexibility, basic gymnastics technique, strength, and endurance.

- Rhythmic Gymnastics — 3–5 / 6–12 yrs · A combination of gymnastics and dance — work with ribbons, hoops and props, flexibility and grace, rhythmic movement to music. Builds coordination, elegance, and body control.
