Young Actors Theatre

Young Actors Theatre offers training in music, acting, dance, and film for children and teens. Classes include acting, singing, and dancing, taught by experienced, innovative instructors. The program operates in an on-site theater that is part of an independent children’s program.

• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Friday, 10:00am–5:00pm

Young Actors Theatre has been educating students in the performing arts since 1975 and was founded by Tina Williams. The program serves over 800 children with an audition-based Company of 120 young actors, and scholarships are available. Alumni have performed on Broadway, received Emmy Awards, and appeared on network and Netflix shows. Every year, Young Actors Theatre welcomes over 10,000 audience members of all ages to its on-site theater, along with additional shows for school children and community members at partner events. Its mission is to invest in the next generation of talent, create arts advocates, and develop future leaders who can think creatively and critically.
