All Sports Kids offers a wide range of activities, including karate training and exercises, martial arts, cheerleading training with experience in cheers and stunts, and cheerleading skills with tumbling and other fitness activities. The program includes a basketball league, football, kickball, hockey, baseball, floor hockey, dodgeball, and indoor and outdoor games of touch, flag, and tackle football. Children also have access to arts and crafts, art and craft projects, dance, exercise, reading, studying life skills, learning home economics, and video games in a game room.

All Sports Kids operates in an all-in-one, 11,000 square foot facility that includes a sports arena, a full basketball court, a cheers floor, a multipurpose room, an art and craft room, a dance and exercise room, a cafeteria with free meals, a state-of-the-art game room with video games, large outdoor arenas, and multipurpose indoor playgrounds. The sports arena is used for football, kickball, hockey, baseball, and other sports, while the cheers floor is used to work on cheerleading skills, tumbling, and fitness activities. The multipurpose room is used for reading, studying life skills, and learning home economics, and the dance and exercise room is used for dance and martial arts.
The program is a licensed childcare facility and describes its resources as safe for kids aged between 5 and 14 years. Safety practices include facilities described as safe from unreasonable injury risks, staff who are always on the lookout for hazardous elements, background screening of staff, and regular disinfection of play areas. Among the staff are fully trained coaches, certified teachers, and experienced drivers.

The program also offers a new bring-home transportation service from All Sports starting at $50 per week for All Sports clients only.
