Carrollwood Day School Programs

Carrollwood Day School Programs include visual arts, music, theatre, theatre and musical theatre, dance, digital art for 7th and 8th grades, digital media creation, photography, and visual arts in both 2D and 3D. Music options include guitar, orchestra, band, strings, piano, and concert band. In Middle School music classes, students can participate in band, guitar, or orchestra, and dance and digital art are offered in 7th and 8th grades.

Carrollwood Day School Programs are part of Tampa’s premier PreSchool–12 IB private school, serving students from age 2 through 12th grade with a seamless curriculum across all divisions. The school offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP), and the DP program extends artistic learning in visual arts, theatre arts, and music. The performing arts program spans from age two through Upper School, and students explore theatre through foundational learning, advanced techniques, and opportunities to perform and compete, including the Elementary showcase and Patriot Playhouse productions, which are open to the Tampa Bay community, as well as Junior and International Thespian Troupes. Carrollwood Day School is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in Tampa, FL, and its stated mission is that education is a journey that shapes principled, inquisitive, and reflective thinkers who are prepared to make meaningful contributions to both their local and global communities.
