Youth Ice Skating & Hockey Programs

Youth Ice Skating & Hockey Programs offers Learn to Skate, Ice Hockey, Figure Skating, Curling, Public Skating, Winter Rec League, Birthday Parties, Events, and private events. The program includes IC’s Skate School and IC’s Hockey Superstars 101, as well as hosting national and regional figure skating competitions and freestyle figure skaters at various skill levels. It also hosts more public skate sessions per month than any other facility in Florida and is home to RinkSide Sports and Top Shelf Sports Lounge.

Most Youth Ice Skating & Hockey Programs activities are sanctioned or governed by USA Hockey or US Figure Skating, and all employees are SafeSport and/or SafeSkate certified. The program is home to USF club hockey teams, two USPHL hockey teams, 16 youth travel hockey teams, 12 high school teams, 22 youth rec level teams, and over 100 adult rec hockey teams. It is home to the largest learn-to-skate program in the state and offers the community a variety of programs that suit all ages, with LiveBarn streaming available to watch games and events online. Registration for IC’s Skate School includes Learn to Skate USA Membership plus goodies, gloves, and a bag, and registration for IC’s Hockey Superstars 101 includes a hockey jersey.
