About
The Gymnastics Revolution Camps & Classes offers gymnastics, games, fitness activities, movies, crafts, and field trips to the Rapids Water Park. The program also includes Trampoline and Tumbling, Parkour Free running, tumbling, and cheerleading skills.
• Ages: 1–18 years old
• Schedule: Day Camps run from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Price: $75 per child for Day Camps; late charges will apply for children not picked up at 3:00pm
The program is led by professional, certified and caring gymnastics coaches, including USAG regional coaching staff and a team coaching model with the expertise of 6 upper level coaches and special visiting coaches from various locations. The mission of TGR Elite Athletic Training Center states that the physical activities associated with the sport of gymnastics build strength, flexibility and coordination, and have a profound and positive effect on a child’s self-esteem and psychological development.
The Gymnastics Revolution is a member gym and has athletes who have achieved national and regional recognition, including an 8-year-old Women’s Competitive athlete who qualified to compete in the National T.O.P.S. Testing by placing in the top 100 in the nation, and a ten-year-old athlete who placed 1st at the regional championships in Level 5 and finished in the top ten in the region, earning an invitation to the Region 8 Training Camp. The facility is described as a one-of-a-kind athletic facility with state-of-the-art gymnastics equipment, a Ninja Warrior course, and is the only gym in Palm Beach County to offer Parkour Free running, with a team coaching model supported by special visiting coaches from all over the world.
Community involvement has included hosting the Riviera Beach Police Activities League for the day, visits from the U.S. Army Reserves to educate camp kids about what the military does and how they keep people safe, and visits from Riviera Beach Fire Rescue and Riviera Beach Police during Heroes Week to educate the summer camp.
