AYSO Region 644 offers PLAYGROUND for 3-year-olds (U4), AYSO Core Youth for ages 4-18, the Select Program for ages 6-18, PDP - Player Development for age 5 and up (U6-U12), EPIC (Previously VIP) for all ages, Adult League for ages 35 and older, and Futsal & Agility for ages 7-18 (U8-U19). It also offers spring soccer season, fall soccer season, camps and events, Summer Camps, and Winter Camps.

AYSO’s Six Philosophies include Everyone Plays®, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, and Player Development.
