Cypress Academy Preschool

Cypress Academy Preschool includes academics, spiritual training, physical activities, music, and arts as part of its daily program. The program is faith-based and uses the Wee Learn Curriculum. Children follow four Biblically based general rules: Help People, Share With Others, Listen, and Love Each Other, with each rule accompanied by specific Bible verses.

The stated mission of Cypress Academy Preschool is to provide a high quality educational experience to the children and families of Winter Haven and surrounding communities, and to minister to the whole person by assisting with physical, social, mental, and spiritual development. The program states that it strives for excellence in academics, spiritual training, physical activities, music, and arts, and that it desires to minister to persons of all races and economic status. It also states that it endeavors to express a living example of the love modeled by Jesus Christ to everyone in the community through Cypress Academy Preschool. Positive reinforcement for children who follow the rules is at the discretion of the individual teacher.
