Spirit Gymnastics Sports Academy offers the HUGS Special Needs Program, Gymnastics Classes and Programs, and Ninja Gymnastics Classes. The gymnastics classes and programs include preschool classes, Mom, Pop & Tot, Tiny Tumbler, Recreational Classes, Beginner Girls, Intermediate Gymnastics, Advanced Gymnastics, Boys' Gymnastics, and 4X4 Tumbling. The Ninja Gymnastics Classes blend gymnastics, obstacle-course training, and athletic skill development.

Teresa is listed as the owner and team head coach. The mission is to build and encourage true character in all ages as they learn the sport of gymnastics, with value placed on discipline, structure, and excellence. The HUGS Special Needs Program runs from September through May and is off during June, July, and August.

Parents and guardians are asked to join their child on the gymnastics floor for the HUGS Special Needs Program. Participants and parents must have a waiver on file before participation. Appropriate clothing is a t-shirt, warm-up pants or shorts. No jewelry is allowed. Hair should be up, if possible, if it touches the student’s shoulders. No socks or shoes are allowed on the floor. Cubbies are provided for socks and shoes.
