All Around Gymnastics is a family owned business operated by Lindi Polk and her husband, Kip Polk, who together plan and produce the programs offered. Collectively, the owner, operators, and their advisors have over 30 years of experience in the gymnastics industry. The program’s mission states that the personal growth and physical skills developed through gymnastics serve as essential building blocks for a child’s confidence, self-esteem, and overall development, and that gymnastics can foster discipline, resilience, a sense of accomplishment, and empower children to thrive both on and off the mat. The program describes its approach as “A Spirit of Excellence in a Caring Environment,” with a goal to create a success story for every child in every class and a promise to provide a high quality athletic experience with an emphasis on fun, using gymnastics as a positive experience to teach discipline, determination, time management, and respect for others.

Parent testimonials describe children progressing from knowing nothing about gymnastics to learning maneuvers on bars, beams, and floor, and mention friendly encouragement from coaches working with younger gymnasts. Other parents note that coaches are encouraging, supportive, and focused on developing gymnasts’ skills while children have a good time and build friendships, and describe coaches as passionate without being overly aggressive or demanding. Long-term families report positive experiences over multiple years, highlighting coaches who show care, concern, and empathy, and describe the owners, Lindi and Kip, as accommodating. One parent describes one-on-one coaching for a dancer to improve acro abilities, with organized weekly plans, clear goals, and progress that the parent characterizes as a huge improvement, along with goal announcements that are celebrated by others.
