Gymnastics & Cheer offers Pre-Gym Co-ed Ages 18 Mos - 3 Yrs, Pre-Gym 2.5 - 4yr, Pre-Gym 3 - 5 yr, and Rec Prep 4 - 6 yr. It also offers Girls Recreational Gymnastics, Boys Gymnastics & Ninja, Recreational Cheer, Tumbling, Pre-Competitive Programs, Competitive Gymnastics, Private Lessons, and Gymnastics & Cheer Camp.

About the provider

The leadership team includes Tommy Hope, Director of Recreation; Jan Smith, Sales and Marketing Director Interim Fitness Director; Andrea Fisher, Director of Gymnastics and Cheerleading; Thomas Winston, Front Desk Manager; Alera Harrison, Director of Dance; and Jeff Hardwick, Director of Sports. The facility hours are Monday through Thursday from 6AM to 8PM, Friday from 6AM to 7PM, Saturday from 8AM to 4PM, and Sunday from 1PM to 5PM.
