Sarah has coached gymnastics and cheerleading at Peachtree Presbyterian Church, Georgia Tech, Pace Academy, The Lovett School, and North Springs Charter School, and she has sat on the Southeast Regional Advisory Board for USASF and Northside Youth Organization (NYO). She hopes to inspire young athletes to reach their personal best physically, mentally, and athletically and believes in the total athlete mentality, viewing each day in the gym as a journey where each coach leaves an impression on a child’s life. As a mentor, public speaker, and coach, she believes that each child returns to the gym because of how they are made to feel and states that children will walk away with more than athletic talent, including a sense of self-confidence, perseverance, and determination that lasts a lifetime.
