School Age Care at Kings Bay Youth Center

School Age Care at Kings Bay Youth Center offers clubs that focus on character and leadership, health and life skills, career and education, the arts, technology, and sports, fitness and recreation. The program takes place at a youth center that includes shaded outdoor playgrounds, multi-purpose classrooms for activities, a gym, a game room, and free WiFi. It offers before and after school care, care during scheduled school breaks, and camps during all extended school holidays, along with drop-in or hourly care that can be reserved up to 30 days in advance.

• Ages: 5–11 years old
• Schedule: Open Monday–Friday, 6 AM–6 PM, with camps during extended school holidays and care available before and after school and during scheduled school breaks

The stated mission of the Kings Bay Youth Center is that fun and learning happens at the center. The Youth Center partners with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Georgia 4-H to provide programming and learning opportunities for children. The Youth Center is accredited through the Council on Accreditation (COA), and MWR Kings Bay has earned the Commissions for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies (CAPRA) and received the National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA) Gold Medal in 2014 and 2022.
