About

Whitfield County 4-H Youth Development Programs and Camps offers in-school programs for 4th–12th grade students, Project Achievement, competition teams, and community service activities. The program also includes teen leadership training programs, local day camps, Georgia 4-H summer camps, and local, district, state, regional, and national conferences.

• Ages: 9–18 years old
• Schedule: Office hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, closed 12pm–1pm for lunch

Whitfield County 4-H Youth Development Programs and Camps is part of 4-H, a world-wide organization that provides opportunities for youth to succeed. Whitfield County 4-H is here to serve the Dalton-Whitfield community in a variety of areas through equipping young people to be active leaders. It operates as part of UGA Extension, which is a collaboration between Georgia county governments, the USDA, and the University of Georgia's colleges of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences and Family & Consumer Sciences.
