The program’s collections feature recordings by Grammy-nominated musicians and include musical styles such as rock, jazz, opera, and traditional songs from all over the world. Many Atlanta teachers can be heard on the award-winning recordings families receive in class, and the recordings feature Rob, Raina, and many TMC teachers, students, and alumni. One parent, Lilly H. from Dunwoody, GA, shared that her family has enjoyed The Music Class from music pup classes to keyboard classes and described the teachers as superb and very engaging for children. Another parent, Jaime T. from Dunwoody, GA, said it is a fun activity to do with her son and that at 8 months old he recognizes the songs at home, noting that tonal patterns sometimes are the only way to get him to smile for a picture. A third parent, Alison H. from Dunwoody, GA, reported that her family has been attending for nearly three years, that their entire family participates, and that it is clear a great deal of energy and music theory go into every class plan, also noting that the organization quickly shifted to virtual classes and open webinars during the COVID pandemic shutdown in 2020.
