Jay's United Karate Studio

Jay's United Karate Studio offers Kid’s Martial Arts, Teen’s Martial Arts, Adult Martial Arts, Fitness Kickboxing, Afterschool, Summer Camp, Hyper Fight Club, jujitsu classes, cardio kickboxing classes, and TKD classes. Hyper Fight Club classes at Jay's United Karate Studio include martial arts sparring combinations, self defense techniques and drills, plyometrics, combat sprints, sparring games, music, workshops, and special events. The studio also offers martial arts summer camp that includes fun and learning for kids of all ages, along with other activities such as martial arts sparring combinations and self defense drills.
