Columbia County Community Connections offers programs such as the Car Seat Safety Program, Dream Academy Summer Camp, Food4Kids, Parent Academy, Resilient Teens, Camp SWE4T (Summer Work Experience for Teens), and a Youth Action Team. The program also includes the Ethan Noah Scholarship, the Ryan Clark Scholarship and Community Service Award, and a Suicide Awareness & Prevention Team. Serenity Behavioral Health runs a Mobile Clinic hosted at Columbia County Community Connections on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from 10AM to 2PM in the parking lot.

Columbia County Community Connections has been empowering Columbia County for 27 years. Its mission is to empower Columbia County families to become educated, self-sufficient, and integral members of a thriving community. The organization holds a Monthly Collaborative Meeting to share resources and address service gaps, has connected 250 youth with local businesses for summer employment through Camp SWE4T, and, with partners, provided 30,000 bags of food to 600 children across 29 schools in 2023. It has presented $15,000 to local teens for the Ryan Clark Scholarship and leveraged $45,000 per year into $750,000 for programs and services.
