Columbia County Community Connections

Columbia County Community Connections offers after-school enrichment and family-wide engagement, along with programs such as Dream Academy Summer Camp, Camp SWE4T (Summer Work Experience for Teens), and Youth Action Team. The program also includes Parent Academy, Resilient Teens, Food4Kids, the Car Seat Safety Program, the Ethan Noah Scholarship, the Ryan Clark Scholarship and Community Service Award, and the Suicide Awareness & Prevention Team. Columbia County Community Connections hosts a Collaborative Meeting and partners with Serenity Behavioral Health Systems through the Serenity Behavioral Health - Mobile Clinic in its parking lot.

• Schedule: General office hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM, and the contact page lists hours as Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM, with Saturday and Sunday closed; the Serenity Behavioral Health - Mobile Clinic is on-site the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from 10AM–2PM, and Collaborative Meetings are scheduled for January 20, 2026, and February 17, 2026, from 11AM–12PM.

Columbia County Community Connections has been empowering Columbia County for 27 years. Its mission statement is that Columbia County Community Connections empowers Columbia County families to become educated, self-sufficient, and integral members of a thriving community. The organization reports providing 30,000 bags of food to 600 children across 29 schools in 2023, presenting $15,000 to local teens for the Ryan Clark Scholarship, and leveraging $45,000 per year into $750,000 for programs and services. It also reports connecting 250 youth with local businesses for summer employment through Camp Swe4t and holding a monthly Collaborative Meeting where participants share resources and address service gaps.
