KB Horse Camp

KB Horse Camp offers horse riding lessons for beginners to advanced riders, along with horsemanship, roping, goat tying, barrel racing, and pole bending. The program includes both group lessons and individual lessons, as well as trail rides, horse training, and livestock hauling. KB Horse Camp also hosts picnics, birthday parties, family reunions, grand openings, day camps throughout the year, swimming with the horses, an end of clinic rodeo, local fun shows, area rodeos, and the annual Ride for Life Rodeo.

Husband and wife team Brian and Kim McGhee own and operate KB Horse Camp along with their son Bronc. Brian competed in the Georgia High School Rodeo Association, and Kim competed in the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association while attending ABAC. KB Horse Camp is a Christian-based horse farm, with the stated mission, “KB Horse Camp - Jesus first, family second, horses next!” The annual Ride for Life Rodeo raises money for area families with children who have cancer and is an annual fundraiser for area pediatric cancer patients. Kim McGhee says, “Even if I die broke, I followed my dream and did what I do best... being a Cowgirl! Most importantly, I pray many kids will come to know the Lord through KB Horse Camp because the Lord and my salvation are the most important things in my life.”
