Pioneer Youth offers after-school and summer programs that include academic support, reliable access to meals, and time with positive adult role models who build relationships with students week after week. The program provides a structured environment after school where students have a consistent place to be during program hours. Pioneer Youth programs are entirely cost-free for participating youth and their families.
• Schedule: School-year programs run Monday–Friday, with elementary school hours from 2:30pm–4pm and middle and high school hours from 4pm–6pm; summer programs run Tuesday–Thursday from 3pm–6pm for both elementary and middle/high school students.
• Price: 100% free programs for all youth; all programs are entirely cost-free for youth and their families.
Pioneer Youth reports that the center operates from 3pm–6pm and notes more than 2,000 hours of building relationships with students. The program serves 40+ youth attending daily and has served 200+ youth in 2025. The mission of Pioneer Youth is “Empowering and inspiring youth to reach their full potential. Pioneer Youth exists to stand in that gap.” Pioneer Youth is rooted in the local community and works with families, mentors, volunteers, and partners to provide steady care that involves both students and their families. The organization depends on grants, fundraising events, and private donors, and is constantly seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join the team.
The leadership team includes Founder and Executive Director Emilee Abraham; Program Directors Katelyn Smith and Jacob Campbell; Board Chairman Chris Morgan; Jessica Henderson, Real Estate Agent at Dweli; Jay Hanlon, Founder of Filter Tech Inc; Stuart Mullins, Marketing Director at Lead Every Day; and Masey Stanley, Actress and Author.
