Marietta Community School Youth Enrichment Programs

Marietta Community School Youth Enrichment Programs include activities such as supervised homework completion, arts and crafts, outdoor play, games, fun challenges, and unique activities and themes. The programs also include a snack in the After School Program only. The programs offer After and Before School options for children in need of early morning and late afternoon supervised activities, as well as Holiday Camp during school breaks and Summer Camp in the City.

The After and Before School Programs provide a secure place for children to stay for extended hours beyond the school day. Holiday Camp is offered during school breaks, and students participate in unique activities and themes. Summer Camp in the City is hosted by Marietta City Schools and is open to all students in Metro-Atlanta. Programs that include Marietta/Cobb Driver’s Education are open to all teens ages 15–18, regardless of school or county affiliation, and this driver’s education program states that it provides high quality, low cost instruction for teen drivers with the goal of saving lives. The Driver’s License Test Prep course is a 2.5-hour in-car experience used to refresh skills previously learned that will be assessed on the official Driver's License test, does not lead to a Driver's Ed completion certificate, and requires students to have their permit with them during the in-car session or the appointment will be cancelled and result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
