Spivey Hall Summer Music Camp 2024

Spivey Hall Summer Music Camp is a fun, week long, in-person, day camp for boys and girls entering grades 4 through 7 that emphasizes total musical development through a broad range of activities. Campers take part in chorus, percussion ensemble, play tone chimes, develop basic piano skills, and join group activities and games. The camp culminates in a free public concert in Spivey Hall.

Spivey Hall Summer Music Camp is designed for both boys and girls who will be in 4th–7th grade in the 2024–2025 school year. Participation is not limited to previous choral experience; however, students need to be able to sing on pitch (in tune) before camp begins, and music teacher recommendations are required. Camp size is limited to a maximum of 45 students.

Spivey Hall is Clayton State University’s acoustically superb recital hall and a 400-seat, acoustically-superior performing arts venue that has presented the best in jazz and classical music to the metro Atlanta area since 1991. Spivey Hall cultivates a community of artists and audiences who share a passion for the discovery and appreciation of outstanding music through concerts and learning experiences.
