Summer Art Camp focuses on visual arts activities as part of a larger summer camp experience. The program takes place at a nonprofit visual arts center that offers visual arts exhibits, classes, workshops, youth art, and other related programs. Registration for the 2026 Summer Art Camp season is currently open, and summer camps are available for kids ages 5 and up.

• Schedule: Tue–Sat, 10:00am–5:00pm
Glynn Visual Arts (GVA), which runs Summer Art Camp, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supported by memberships, donations, sponsorships, grants, and continuing programming. Its stated mission is to build a thriving arts community that supports Coastal culture through visual arts programming and collaboration. All donations to The Betty Oliver Scholarship fund are restricted to arts education at GVA and for graduating high school seniors, and this scholarship honors the dedication and generosity of GVA instructors. Memberships at GVA include special pricing on classes, a weekly e-newsletter with new offerings, invitations to special events, early access to St. Simons Island Wine Festival tickets, and inclusion in the Annual Meeting & Social.
