JAMS Childcare & Athletics offers basketball, competitive basketball, cheer, competitive cheer, tumbling, and soccer, along with a summer camp, afterschool program, and before care program. The program also includes the Platinum Elite Training Team, an afterschool option where basketball, cheer, tumbling, and dance students perform at showcases and local events without the pressure of full competition. Tumbling classes are led by National Champion and Olympian lead staff. The before care program is for parents who cannot take their children to school and whose children have not yet reached the level of maturity to consistently get on the bus. Soccer programs are described as being for both beginners and experienced players to develop and enhance their skills. The Platinum Elite Training Team focuses on performances at showcases and local events instead of full competition.
The leadership team includes Elizabeth Marsh (CEO & Founder), Joshua Marsh (Director), and Lydia Marsh (Director). The mission of JAMS Childcare & Athletics is to bridge the gap between childcare and extracurricular activities, to provide guidance and teach life lessons to kids across the nation, to offer a place where kids can have fun while learning, and to offer a place where parents can feel reassured that their kids are safe and learning useful skills. JAMS Athletics states that many participants, including the founder's children, have excelled in college and beyond as athletes and leaders.
