Georgia 4-H Youth Development (Worth County UGA Extension) is part of Worth County Extension’s work with youth. The program is offered through UGA Extension, which has provided research and education through a network of specialists, agents, and volunteers for more than a century.
The mission of Worth County Extension is to extend lifelong learning to Georgia citizens through unbiased, research-based education in agriculture, the environment, communities, youth and families. UGA Extension is a collaborative effort between Georgia county governments, the USDA, and the University of Georgia's colleges of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences and Family & Consumer Sciences.
