Legacy Theatre Classes and Summer Camps offers classes and summer camps that take place alongside live professional theater. Participants are connected to performances, upcoming shows, and Broadway-quality entertainment as part of the program’s activities. The program includes both ongoing classes and summer camp options.

Legacy Theatre Classes and Summer Camps is operated by founders Mark Smith and Bethany Smith. Bethany is a singer, dancer, and choreographer, and Mark studied theatre at Abilene Christian University and worked as a film and drama teacher at Landmark Christian School in Fairburn. Bethany has also worked as a teacher and choreographer at Doris Russell School of the Performing Arts in Tyrone. Their first production, “A Christmas Survival Guide,” was scheduled to open on November 24, 2006, and since then Legacy has produced over 100 productions for thousands of patrons. The theatre features an 180-seat space, offers family-oriented shows, and includes classes and a conservatory that work with budding artists, as well as Legacy Backstage for exclusive access and deals.
