Boys & Girls Club of South Georgia offers daily programs that include homework time, a Bible-based character program, book club, robotics, the arts, kayaking, and workforce development. The sites also include certified teachers and provide nutritious meals as part of the daily schedule.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Open after school from about 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM during the school year, and from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM during summer programming

For 82 years, Boys & Girls Club of South Georgia has operated as a nonprofit. Its mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need the program most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. The organization serves over 1,000 children and teens daily across eight sites in Lowndes, Brooks, Lanier, and, soon, Echols and Clinch Counties. The programs are built around character and leadership, academic success, and healthy lifestyles, and scholarships are given out based on need.
