Cherokee Recreation & Parks Camps and Youth Programs

Cherokee Recreation & Parks Camps and Youth Programs offers activities that include games, arts and crafts, swimming, and field trips. The program also includes options such as Lego, Chess, Lacrosse, Gymnastics, Karate, Dance, Slow Pitch Softball, Kickball, Ballroom Dancing, Gardening, baseball, basketball, pickleball, volleyball, disc golf, in-line hockey, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Spring into Action Camp and Spring Break Splish Splash Camp are part of this program lineup.

• Schedule: Spring into Action Camp runs Monday–Friday, April 6–10, 2026, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Spring Break Splish Splash Camp runs April 6–10, 2026, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
• Price: Spring into Action Camp costs $225 for in-county residents and $255 for out-of-county residents

Cherokee Recreation & Parks Camps and Youth Programs also includes the Adventure Express Summer Camp, the TRue Friends Camp, and specialized programs in technology, sports, and the arts. Outdoor Recreation Camps and TRue Friends Camp registration is scheduled to open on Monday, April 13, 2026. The broader program lineup includes youth and adult leagues, instructional clinics, and tournaments in athletics, as well as specialized Active Adult Recreation (55+) and Therapeutic Recreation programs. Sponsorship opportunities for milestone events range from $250 to $1,000 for businesses and organizations.
