Center Point AYSO 1468 Youth Soccer offers youth soccer for kids through an organized, community-based program. The program follows the AYSO Mission and AYSO's Six Philosophies in how it runs its youth soccer activities.
• Ages: 4–18 years old
Center Point AYSO 1468 has been offering youth soccer in the Center Point areas since 2011. It is completely volunteer run and operates under AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organization) affiliation as a community based youth soccer program. The program’s stated mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies. These philosophies are Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, and Player Development. Every player on every team must play at least 50 percent of every game, and each year new teams are formed as evenly balanced as possible. AYSO welcomes all youth and adults who want to play soccer and gives them the opportunity to register and play. AYSO requires coaches to create a positive experience for every player, programs are designed to instill good sportsmanship in every facet of AYSO, and all players should be able to develop their soccer skills and knowledge to the best of their abilities, both individually and as members of a team.
