Gem State Gymnastics

Gem State Gymnastics offers rec classes for boys and girls, Wiggler/Pebble classes, Kindergems, Nugget/Jewel, Pre-Team, Adult Gymnastics/Fitness, Field Trips, the Home School Group, the Women’s Team, and the Men’s Team. The offerings include gymnastics classes for ages 15 months through 18+ years, with options such as 45-minute, 1-hour, 1 hour and 15 minutes, 1 hour and 30 minutes, and 2-hour sessions.

• Rec Classes for Boys & Girls — 3+ years old; specific classes listed below vary by age
• Home School Group — 4+ years old, co-ed · $75 per month · 1 hour and 15 minutes of gymnastics.
• Wiggler/Pebble — 15 months-3 years old, co-ed · $80 per month · 45 minutes of gymnastics. Parent participation required for children under 2 years.
• Kindergems — 3-5 years old, co-ed · $85 per month · 1 hour of gymnastics.
• Nugget/Jewel — 5+ years old, boys & girls classes · $90 per month · 1 hour and 15 minutes of gymnastics.
• Pre-Team — 5+ years old, boys & girls classes · $130 per month · 2 hours of gymnastics. Bridge between recreational classes and competitive gymnastics.
• Adult Gymnastics/Fitness — 18+ years old, co-ed · $110 per month · 1 hour and 30 minutes. Also listed as $30 drop in.

• Women's Team — Competitive team for young women in vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
• Men's Team — boys age 5+ · Competitive team in floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar.

About the provider

Gem State Gymnastics has been operating since 1976. Tiffany Josi is the Owner and Head Women’s Coach, Teah Marcotte is the Head Men’s Coach, and Paula Barthelmess is an Owner/Coach. The assistant coaching staff includes Nick, Natalie, Jaeclynn, Rayleigh, Rhendee, Harper, and Amy. The program states a mission to create an exciting learning experience and to develop happy, healthy and confident children. The gym also celebrates birthdays, hosts team bonding events, and takes part in community service projects.

No gymnastics experience required for the hiring notice. Parent participation required for children under 2 years in Wiggler class. Registration fee for recreational classes is $25/kid for the year, billed on the first month of sign-up. Class times may be adjusted based on attendance, and scheduled class time may be shortened at the coach's discretion when enrollment or attendance is low.
