Energy Volleyball Club offers a range of volleyball activities, including the 2026 Spring League, Wednesday Night Open Gyms, and multiple summer short seasons in June, July, and August. The program also runs specific camps and clinics such as Hitters Camp: Blocking & Attacking, Dig Deep Skills Camp, High School Boys Summer Camp, Girls School Tryout Prep, college level clinics and camps, and a Beach Program starting in August. Energy Volleyball Club holds 2026–2027 Girls Tryouts and 2026–2027 Boys Tryouts, and provides extended open gym times.

Energy Volleyball Club operates at The Energy Sports Complex, which is described as a dedicated volleyball training facility and is home to Energy VBC and Forza VBC. The leadership team includes Linda Snyder, Director, Club, Facility & Rentals, and Mary Soapes, Director, Teams, Programs & Player Development. The organization opened its doors in 2005, opened its facility in 2007, and established its Forza Program in 2021. The mission statement says that the coaches and staff at The Energy Sports Complex are committed to developing the whole player: the athlete, the teammate, and the person, and that they are committed to helping each player achieve their highest potential while expecting all athletes to be committed, responsible, and passionate for the game.
Energy Volleyball Club lists several unique features, including in-house designated college recruiting, college level clinics and camps, state-of-the-art in-house conditioning for the volleyball athlete, a Beach Program starting in August, extended open gym times, and tryouts open to individuals and teams. The club notes that Mizuno is its uniform sponsor and that Energy has grown to be a club that builds skill, confidence, and gives every athlete an opportunity to excel in their volleyball abilities. The facility notes over 550 parking spaces plus hotel spaces available, attendants in the parking lots to help with parking, and a policy that no outside food or drink is allowed in the facility.
