Playpen Sports Academy – Beverly Programs offers soccer, baseball, basketball, golf, and PlayActive classes, including Tiny Tot Kickers soccer classes, Tot Shot Kickers soccer classes, Mini-League Soccer, MLS GO Leagues, Tot Shot Sluggers baseball classes, Tot Shot Mini-League baseball, and a PlayActive sensorimotor based movement, sports and fitness class. Playpen Sports Academy classes are geared toward toddlers’ unique way of learning, and the curriculum focuses on teaching children how to move and use their bodies, share with other children, interact in social settings, follow directions, and have fun in a physically active environment. Playpen Sports Academy is focused as much on the individual development of the child as on sport specific skills.

Tiny Tot Kickers classes place a primary emphasis on childhood development while also introducing toddlers to soccer, with the beginning of the season focusing mostly on non-soccer childhood development and later introducing more soccer specific games and activities. Tot Shot Kickers is a beginner class designed to build off of the things learned in Tiny Tots while continuing to introduce higher level soccer skills and fundamentals. Mini-League Soccer combines early childhood development class elements with league-style scrimmage play and does not keep official score, and MLS GO Leagues are co-ed recreational leagues where fun and development are top priorities and no official score, records or standings are publicly tracked. Tot Shot Sluggers is a development-based baseball program focused on the social, physical and intellectual aspects of baseball, and Tot Shot Mini-League combines early childhood development class elements with league-style scrimmage play and does not keep official score. PlayActive is a sensorimotor based movement, sports and fitness class in which participants explore a variety of games and activities across different sports and fitness themes.

Mini League, Tiny Tots, and Tot Shot classes are offered in 40–50 minute sessions each week, with schedule options that include Saturday and Monday time slots over several weeks. Shinguards are required for Mini-League Soccer, all necessary equipment is supplied by Playpen Sports Academy, and the registration fee includes a free jersey. Referral discounts are available, with referred friends receiving $10 off, the referrer receiving a $10 credit, and referring five friends earning a free full-season.

Playpen Sports Academy was started on the concept of reimagining what youth sports can be and the role it can play in a child's overall development.
