The Chad Johansen Golf Academy states that its junior golf programs are award-winning and that its Junior Golf Camps are where kids have fun. The programs are led by PGA professional Chad Johansen. One parent, Krissy and Rob Langenfeld, shared that their son came home every day excited about what he learned at camp. Another parent, Patti McCumber, stated that her daughters have attended CJGA Junior Golf Camps for four years, described the program as very organized, and noted that they receive golf swing videos with advice and use technology that she described as fantastic. Matt Baumgartner reported that his 5-year-old son, who is shy in groups, was made to feel welcome and able to participate. Jim Waugh stated that his boys learn the mechanics of the golf swing, how to chip and putt, proper golf etiquette, and the importance of sportsmanship, and that each student receives online personalized instructional videos.
