HBT Summer Camp offers activities such as arts & crafts, games, swimming, team building, leadership activities, and sports including basketball, soccer, dodgeball, and combination sports like basketball and soccer. The camp also includes sports & crafts, fitness, a Soccer World Cup, Camp Olympics, Field Day/Choice Week, and weekly on-site and off-site field trips. The program includes a Specialty Sports Camp that focuses on fundamentals, building upon skills, and providing fun game time throughout the summer.
• Ages: 5–13 years old
• Schedule: Camp runs in weekly sessions from Week 1 (June 1–5) through Week 8 (July 20–24), with camp time from 6:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Sports Camp held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30–3:00 p.m.
• Price: Non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child; Day Camp weekly fee options are 5 days (Monday–Friday) at $320 M / $340 GP and 3 days (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) at $275 M / $300 GP; Sports Camp fees are $65 Member / $75 Non-Member
HBT Summer Camp is a summer day camp for grades K–8, with groups organized as Tiny Time Travelers for children entering grades K–2, History Heroes for grades 3–4, Timeless Titans for grades 5–6, and Legacy Leaders for grades 7–8. Teens in the program model YMCA pillars such as social responsibility, peer mentoring, leadership, and teamwork, and they work with and mentor younger campers and assist with camp duties while under the supervision of camp staff. Camp transportation is available from Lily Lake Grade School, and Lily Lake area transportation to HBT Camp is available.
The mission of the program’s YMCA organization is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Through the “Y For All” Annual Campaign, donations fund programs that serve thousands of children, adults, seniors, and families, with 100% of each gift going toward impact in the local community.
