Hot Shots Sports is owned and operated by founder Steve Duman and partner Steve Daly, with decades of operating experience originating in Illinois. Every coach completes a background check and holds CPR certification, and the organization employs a full-time, full-benefit coaching staff rather than part-time contractors. The leadership team provides hands-on executive oversight, and the organization is not a franchise.
