Chicago Bears Youth Football includes tackle football drills, non-contact football drills, flag football clinics, and organized football drills. The Monsters Tackle Football Clinic consists of six organized football drills with 8–10 reps each. Mini Monsters is a youth program that uses fun, non-contact football drills, and Monsters Flag clinics focus on the fundamental skills of flag football.

Hundreds of coaches from numerous Illinois youth football organizations attend the USA Football Youth Coach Certification Clinic, and more than 100,000 youth football coaches across the country have taken action by getting certified. The USA Football Youth Coach Certification Clinic focuses on health and safety, transformational coaching, quality coaching, abuse prevention, equipment fitting, shoulder tackling, blocking, and defeating blocks.
