Chicago Bears Youth Football offers tackle football drills, non-contact football drills, and flag football clinics. The program includes the Monsters Tackle Football Clinic, Mini Monsters, and Monsters Flag clinics, each focusing on specific types of football drills and skills. Participants complete six (8-10) organized football drills during the Monsters Tackle Football Clinic and take part in a two (2) hour football clinic as part of this free program.

Mini Monsters, brought to families by Advocate Health Care, uses fun, non-contact football drills while stressing healthy eating, physical activity, and proper hydration. Monsters Flag clinics teach and reinforce the fundamental skills of flag football in a 90-minute clinic format.
The Chicago Bears partner with USA Football to host a youth coaches clinic at Halas Hall every year, with hundreds of coaches from numerous Illinois youth football organizations attending. USA Football youth coach certification clinic content includes health and safety, transformational coaching, quality coaching, abuse prevention, equipment fitting, shoulder tackling, blocking, and defeating blocks.
The organization’s mission is to be a championship football organization that consistently performs at a level of excellence on and off the field while making a meaningful impact and uniting its fans, partners, and community. The Chicago Bears and their charitable arm, Bears Care, implement and support numerous community programs and initiatives that positively impact thousands of individuals, children, and families each year.
The leadership team includes Kevin Warren, President & CEO; Ryan Poles, General Manager; and Krista Whitaker, executive vice president of legal and business affairs and chief legal officer. Kevin Warren was recognized by City Year Chicago at its annual Ripples of Hope Gala for his efforts toward Chicago’s youth both personally and professionally. Krista Whitaker was honored by the Black Women Lawyers' Association of Greater Chicago at their annual spring fundraiser luncheon for being a trailblazing leader “whose enduring legacy of excellence, service, and impact continues to shape the legal profession and inspire generations to come.”
