Power Haus Cheer offers cheerleading, trampoline and tumbling, Ninja Warrior, and hip hop activities. The program includes full season and quarter season allstar competitive cheerleading, performance cheerleading, performance hip hop, and 1/2 season novice competitive cheerleading. Power Haus Cheer also offers competitive and recreational trampoline and tumbling team classes, recreational tumbling classes, Ninja Warrior programs, pop-up private lessons, school cheer team tumbling for middle school, junior high, high school, and college, as well as birthday parties, Parent's Night Outs, open gyms, daytime playtime, specialty events and clinics, daycare field trips, and an after school camp that includes playtime and homework help.

Power Haus Cheer states that its main goals are safety and fun and that it focuses on technique so athletes are learning skills the correct way from the start. The program notes that Power Haus has the space, floors, and setup to support training. Power Haus Cheer offers Ninja Warrior programs that build confidence, focus, and agility, as well as MLK Day clinics, a New Member Special, upcoming specialty events, Season 11 Performance Cheer, and half-year novice and session two performance cheer teams starting in November. Power Haus Cheer describes itself as a fun place for children to go after school and offers the option for children who take an early class to ride the bus from Columbia or Waterloo directly to the gym, where they receive playtime, homework help, a snack and drink, and a place to relax after school.
