ALL IN Summer Day Camps are part of ALL IN Athletics, which was established in 2014 and trains over 2,000 athletes annually through teams, leagues, camps, and skill development programs. The program is built for progression with a complete pathway from skill development to high-level competition and recruiting exposure for boys and girls in grades 2–12, and offers travel teams, leagues, exposure events, and other teams, leagues, camps, and skill development programs. Over 360 ALL IN athletes have gone on to play college basketball since 2014, and ALL IN is the largest travel basketball program in Illinois and one of the premier grassroots basketball programs in the country. ALL IN is one of the only programs nationwide with both boys and girls competing on a top national shoe circuit, is a New Balance sponsored basketball program, is a Certified New Balance grassroots program that competes on the New Balance P32 and E32 circuits, and is 1 of 18 Jr. NBA Flagship Network programs nationwide. Trainers break players up at each training session by age, gender, skill level, and position, and the program has multiple teams at most grade levels for appropriate competition placement.
Every member of the ALL IN coaching staff is a USA Gold Youth Basketball Licensed Coach, and the development-first program is led by a professional coaching staff and experienced directors. The leadership team includes Billy Welcome, Co-Owner & CEO; Matt Truding, Co-Owner & President; Danielle Dishkin, Director of Operations; and Kelly Bryant, Office Manager. The mission of ALL IN Athletics is to be the premier player development program in the country and is completely committed to educating, training and developing the whole person through sport.
Parent testimonials describe ALL IN as a high quality program that provided the right opportunities and exposure and a team-oriented atmosphere where coaches care about players on and off the court, including feedback from the father of ALL IN alum and McDonald's All-American, 2-Time USA Player Jeannie Boehm. Another parent notes that a daughter who started with ALL IN in 4th grade played throughout high school and became a four-year varsity starter at Stevenson High School, including the 2022 State Championship year, and credits ALL IN coaches and staff with honing her basketball and leadership skills and positioning her for competing at the next level. A third parent reports that their daughter gained valuable skills, received excellent exposure for her goal of playing in college, and that the coaching staff was helpful in maneuvering through the recruiting process before she went on to play for the UW La Crosse Eagles. Another parent highlights communication via email and TeamSnap, a positive team atmosphere, exceptional instruction, coaches pointing out mistakes and later improvements, a balance between tough love and encouragement, and accountability placed on players for individual and team growth.
