Since the club's inauguration in August 2014, ALL IN Summer Basketball Camps have been part of what is described as the largest travel basketball program in Illinois. Camps are open to 2nd–5th and 6th–8th grade boys and girls for the 2025–2026 school year, and ALL IN trainers break players up at each training session by age, gender, skill level, and position. The stated mission is to provide an experience for each player to improve their skills and become a more complete player through fun, intensive, and instructional sessions that emphasize player development, with the goal that each player leaves each session with new ideas, drills, workouts, and to be a more inspired, dedicated, and effective basketball player.
ALL IN coaches are described as dedicated to developing players both on and off the basketball court, with coaches qualified through playing and/or coaching experience, and the staff is described as committed to teaching players values that will help elevate them in basketball and in life. The leadership team includes Co-Owner & CEO Billy Welcome, Co-Owner & President Matt Truding, Director of Operations Danielle Dishkin, and Office Manager Kelly Bryant. ALL IN is a New Balance sponsored basketball program and is 1 of 18 Jr. NBA Flagship Network programs nationwide, a group described as best-in-class youth basketball organizations that share the Jr. NBA’s vision for how the game should be taught and played at the grassroots level and that have committed to pursuing a high standard of operation. Community involvement also includes a partnership with Evolution Athletics to enhance player development opportunities.
Parent testimonials describe ALL IN as providing a high quality, team-oriented atmosphere where coaches care about players on and off the court, and note that players have gained valuable skills, exposure for college goals, and guidance through the recruiting process. Parents also describe strong communication via email and TeamSnap, a positive team atmosphere, and instruction that includes pointing out mistakes, showing how to adjust, and later recognizing improvement, with a balance between tough love and encouragement and an emphasis on accountability for individual and team growth.
