Elite Sports Complex

Elite Sports Complex offers You and Me, a 50-minute parent/guardian participation gymnastics class for boys and girls. It also offers Recreational Classes for preschool and beginner instruction in artistic, rhythmic, and tumbling programs, along with Rhythmic Gymnastics, Girls' Competitive Program, Boys' Competitive Program, and a Trampoline & Tumbling Team.

Programs

• You and Me — Parent/guardian participation gymnastics class; 50-minute class for boys and girls.
• Recreational Classes — all ages · Preschool and recreational instruction; athletes of any age can learn beginner skills in artistic, rhythmic, and tumbling programs.
• Rhythmic Gymnastics — Women’s Olympic sport using rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon.
• Girls' Competitive Program — Year-round; practices 2-3 times a week · Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum levels; individual routines in floor, bars, beam, and vault.
• Boys' Competitive Program — Year-round; practices 2-3 times a week · Competitive teams in GIJO and AAU; competition season is in the Spring.
• Trampoline & Tumbling Team — Practice 2-4 times a week · Includes Power Tumbling, Trampoline, Synchronized Trampoline, and Double-Mini Trampoline.
• Great Escape Preschool — Preschool program.
• Girls Beginner — 6 yrs old & up · 1 hour recreational class focused on basic fundamental skills; instruction on bars, beam, floor, and possibly trampoline/tumbltrack.
• Girls SuperKids — 90-minute class with greater focus on strength conditioning, technique, and flexibility; coach invite only.
• Girls' Hotshots — Twice a week for 90 minutes each class · Focuses on detailed drills and skills for long term development; coach invite only.
• Girls' Pre-Team — Twice a week for 1.5-2 hours each class · Learns skills required to become part of competitive teams; coach invite only.
• Superheroes — 6 years · 1 hour boys' recreational class; Gymkids class is required before moving to Superheroes; coach invite only.

About the provider

The program is committed to putting kids first and stresses safety and fun in a gymnastics environment. Coaches have training in the gym and from USA Gymnastics, and each coach is First Aid and CPR certified. Elite Sports Complex is a not-for-profit organization.

Address: 6360 Belmont Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60516. Not-for-profit organization. Annual registration fee is $30 per child. 10% discount on second class or sibling. One make-up per month. No refunds for classes, camps, or registration fees.
