Gateway Elite Gymnastics

Gateway Elite Gymnastics offers Preschool, Girls Team, Girls Recreational, Tumbling, and Parties. Preschool is a parent-child bonding experience that includes body awareness, coordination, and fine and gross motor skills. Girls Recreational includes gymnastics learning, flexibility, strength, agility, introduction to apparatus, and front, back, and flight skilled movements. Girls Team includes advanced skills on Olympic apparatus, and Tumbling includes basic and connected skills that transfer to cheer and dance disciplines.

Programs

• Preschool — Fun and exciting parent child bonding experience. Build body awareness. Develop coordination. Exercise fine and gross motor skills.
• Girls Team — Fun and competitive experience. Develop advanced skills on Olympic apparatus. Instill teamwork, mental toughness, and resilience. Achieve State Championships at all levels and programs.
• Girls Recreational — Fun and exciting gymnastics learning experience. Develop flexibility, strength and agility. Introduction to gymnastics apparatus. Learn front/back and flight skilled movements.
• Tumbling — Fun and exciting tumbling learning experience. Develop basis and connected skills. Increase strength and ability. Facilitate transfer of tumbling skills to cheer and dance disciplines.

About the provider

The founders have 60 years combined experience in recreational and upper level instruction, and Donna and Laura have each dedicated almost 30 years to gymnastics. The program states a mission to provide a safe, challenging, and positive gymnastics environment where athletes learn basic and advanced skills and develop work ethic, goal setting, self-discipline, dedication, and self-esteem. Gateway Elite Gymnastics is widely recognized throughout USAG Region 5 as a leader in instruction focused on dedication to solid fundamentals and the progression of advanced skills based on each athlete's individual ability.
