Seven years ago, the owner's oldest daughter started her first gymnastics class, which led to the creation of Tier One Gymnastics & Activity Center. The program follows the USAG Gymnastics Development Program for competitive gymnastics and offers NinjaZone as a fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, parkour, and tricking.
