Irish's Gymnastics Camps & Classes offers Competitive Team Camp, Recreational Summer Camp, Preschool Recreational Classes, Beginner Recreational Classes, a Tumbling Only Class, and Competitive Team Classes. • Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Competitive team camp in 2026 runs July 6–7 with separate morning sessions for lower level team members and afternoon sessions for upper level team members; the 2026 recreational summer camp runs July 8–10 from 10:00 am–2:00 pm; Preschool Recreational Classes, Beginner Recreational Classes, and the Tumbling Only Class each meet once a week, with the Tumbling Only Class held only when there are prepaid signups for the month.
• Price: A $40 deposit is required to hold a spot in the 2026 competitive team camp and a $40 deposit is required to hold a spot in the 2026 recreational summer camp.
Irish's Gymnastics offers classes for ages 3 and up of all ability levels and notes that competitive athletes are also welcome in the recreational summer camp. The 2026 competitive team camp is open to members of Irish's Gymnastics competitive team as well as competitive USTA members from other clubs who are ages 4 and up, and it welcomes all USTA levels from Beginner through Elite, with campers sorted into workout groups based on their levels. The 2026 recreational summer camp is open to campers ages 4 and up of all ability levels, including those who have never taken a gymnastics class before and those who have been in classes for years, and campers are sorted into workout groups of ten or fewer based on age and ability level, with each group having two coaches; space is limited for this camp. All new students receive one free trial class, and the Tumbling Only Class is by appointment only and held only when there are prepaid signups for the month. The program will once again hold two camps in July 2026 and will begin taking signups in March 2026.
Irish's Gymnastics is led by owner and head coach Danny Irish, who is an Air Force veteran. Over the past 30 years, Irish's Gymnastics has coached thousands of students and is now well into its second generation of students, with many former athletes enrolling their children in classes. Danny Irish has earned honors as a USTA Illinois State Coach of the Year, USTA National Coach of the Year, and USTA Elite National Team Coach, and Irish's Gym has produced a gold medal international competitor who represented the USA at World Age Groups and the World Championships. The stated mission is that, whether a family is looking for a fun activity for a child to burn off energy and gain confidence and coordination or looking to join the competitive team, Irish's Gymnastics has a class that will suit those needs.
