Hoffman Estates Redhawks Football and Cheer offers youth cheerleading and football through the Hoffman Estates Athletic Association. Participants take part in organized football and cheerleading activities at Redhawks Home Field.
Hoffman Estates Athletic Association (HEAA), which runs Hoffman Estates Redhawks Football and Cheer, has been around for 45 years. The Association states that its objective is to provide, promote, conduct, instruct, and supervise athletic sports exhibitions and places of recreation for the youth of its membership. HEAA states that it has a philosophy that “KIDS ARE SPECIAL PEOPLE” and provides guidelines for coaches to instruct youth in the art and sport of cheerleading and football while also installing essential ideals. HEAA is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. The program currently has around 300 total kids and has regularly sent teams to national championships.
