Hoffman Estates Redhawks Football and Cheer is a program of the Hoffman Estates Athletic Association that includes football, cheerleading, and athletic sports exhibitions. Participants take part in organized football and cheerleading activities connected to these athletic sports exhibitions.
Hoffman Estates Athletic Association (HEAA), which runs Hoffman Estates Redhawks Football and Cheer, has been around for 45 years. According to its mission statement, the Association’s objective is to provide, promote, conduct, instruct, and supervise athletic sports exhibitions and places of recreation for the youth of its membership. The mission statement also says that HEAA’s philosophy is that “KIDS ARE SPECIAL PEOPLE” and that it will provide guidelines that enable coaches to instruct youth in the art and sport of cheerleading and football while installing essential ideals at the same time. HEAA is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. The program currently has around 300 total kids and has regularly sent teams to national championships.
