Z's Martial Arts Academy offers Kids Karate, Adult Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Taekwondo, and Birthday Parties. The program’s curriculum combines techniques from Karate, Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with classes available for individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Z's Martial Arts Academy states that its curriculum focuses on discipline, respect, personal growth, and holistic development. Owner and Head Instructor Rob Zbilski started his martial arts training in 1982 and is a 7th degree black belt. He is the founder of Z's Martial Arts Academy, President of USA Kickboxing under the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and has been President of WAKO USA Kickboxing since 2013. He was inducted into the Illinois Hall of Fame in 2018, The Masters Hall of Fame in 2008, and the IKF International Kickboxing Federation Hall of Fame as a Kickboxing Promoter and Trainer. His experience includes roles as a kickboxing promoter, manager, trainer, and fighter, and he has trained numerous amateur and professional champions in kickboxing and boxing. The academy is the home office of USA Kickboxing.

General Manager and Kickboxing Instructor Carrie Riedel has dedicated 30 years to the practice of kickboxing. She has trained and mentored individuals with various skill levels for over three decades, developed training methods for different skill levels, and has been featured in Oscar Mike magazine for her work in kickboxing.

Parent and adult student testimonials describe a family atmosphere with knowledgeable instructors, high-intensity classes that teach correct form, patient instruction for beginners, and a kids program that is described as flexible for changing schedules.
