Summer Day Camps includes time at the pool and Day Camp Swim Lessons. Camp Butterflies and Camp Adventure go to the pool on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons. During pool time, a waterpark concession stand is available, and campers without a prepaid concession card are not permitted to go to the concession stand.
• Schedule: Pre-camp hours run from 7am–9am, regular full camp hours run from 9am–4pm, regular half day hours run from 9am–12pm, and post-camp hours run from 4pm–6pm. Extended Care is available for Camp Butterflies, Camp Adventure, and Teen Travel from 7–9am and 4–6pm. Itasca Summer Day Camps follow the Itasca School District #10 Calendar.
• Price: Extended care punch cards can be purchased in $90 (20 hours), $55 (10 hours), and $30 (5 hours) increments, and are punched in half hour increments and are non-refundable. Waterpark concession cards can be purchased for $30 or $10. Payment plans are available for all camps except Camp Caterpillars.
Participants must bring a laundry basket, towel, swimsuit, lunch, snacks, and sunscreen each day. Campers should wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes and should wear sunscreen to camp. Staff will apply sunscreen before leaving for the pool, and if staff assistance is desired, parents must provide spray sunscreen labeled with the child’s name. The Itasca Park District uses ePACT, an online emergency form system, for emergency forms.
