United States Gymnastics Training Center Programs

United States Gymnastics Training Center Programs offers preschool classes, recreational gymnastics classes, a girls' recreational program with Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels, and boys' recreational classes. The program also offers a three-tier tumbling program with Intro to Tumbling, Intermediate Tumbling, and Semi-Private Tumbling, along with open gym, summer camps, winter camps, holiday camps, and birthday parties. Camp activities can include bouncy houses, trampolines, crafts, movies, and games, and the USGTC team trains in USAG Levels 3–10 and Xcel Silver through Platinum.

• Schedule: General hours are Monday–Friday 9am–9pm, Saturday 9am–6pm, and Sunday 12pm–5pm; there are specific holiday closures and adjusted open gym dates.
