United States Gymnastics Training Center Programs

United States Gymnastics Training Center Programs offers preschool gymnastics classes, recreational gymnastics classes for girls and boys, and a tumbling development program that includes Intro to Tumbling, Intermediate Tumbling, and Semi-Private Tumbling. The program also offers open gyms, summer, winter, and holiday camps with activities such as bouncy houses, trampolines, crafts, movies, and games, as well as birthday parties. Girls’ recreational gymnastics is organized into Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels, and the center is home to athletes training in USAG Levels 3–10 and Xcel Silver through Platinum.

• Schedule: Class and activity options are available Monday–Friday from 9am to 9pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm

At United States Gymnastics Training Center (USGTC), the stated mission is to allow children to be themselves and to have fun while they learn, with an emphasis on children feeling secure taking risks, trying hard, and making mistakes. The program’s philosophy is to treat children with dignity and respect, build their self-esteem, and help them grow as individuals, and it operates under this philosophy every day, in every class, at every level. The facility is described as “The premier training facility for athletes of all ages, levels and aspiration dedicated to fostering excellence in gymnastics and personal growth.” For a missed class on Monday May 25th due to the Memorial Day closure, families can make up the class by bringing their athlete any other day when a similar class is offered without contacting the office.
