United States Gymnastics Training Center offers TNT (Mommy & Me), TOT, Kindergym, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Boys Gymnastics, Introduction to Tumbling, Intermediate Tumbling, Semi-Private Tumbling, and Open Gym. The gym includes trampolines, tumbl traks, a rope swing, a foam pit, balance beams, springboards, vault systems, uneven bars, air products, and a variety of mats.

Programs

• TNT (Mommy & Me) — 18 months - 3 years with parent · Preschool gymnastics class designed to encourage exploration and play while introducing structure and foundational skills.
• TOT — 3 - 4 years · Independent preschool gymnastics class focused on exploration, self-confidence, coordination, and balance.
• Kindergym — 4 - 5 years · Preschool gymnastics class that introduces foundational skills and shapes and prepares children for recreational classes.
• Bronze — 5 - 7 years & 8 & up · Introductory girls recreational gymnastics class.
• Silver — 5 - 7 years & 8 & up · Girls recreational gymnastics class building on Bronze with more complex movements.
• Gold — 6 & up · Advanced girls recreational gymnastics class.
• Platinum — Most advanced girls recreational class.
• Boys Gymnastics — 5 & over · Boys recreational gymnastics class introducing gymnastics events and foundational skill-building.
• Introduction to Tumbling — 5 years & up · Foundational tumbling class teaching basics of gymnastics and acrobatics.
• Intermediate Tumbling — 5 years & up · Tumbling class focused on progressing to front and back handsprings.
• Semi-Private Tumbling — 5 years & up · Advanced tumbling class for skill connections and complete tumbling passes.
• Open Gym — Friday 7:30-8:45 pm · Open gym for kids to work on skills and play.

About the provider

The program states that it is committed to allowing children to be themselves and to have fun while they learn. Its philosophy is to treat children with dignity and respect, build their self-esteem, and help them grow as individuals.

Preschool Open Gym is for ages 18 months to 4 years; parents are required to stay and join in the fun. Open Gym ages 5+ is Friday 7:30-8:45 and costs $10 cash only. Preschool open gym is Monday-Thursday 12:30-1:30 and costs $10 cash only. Birthday parties allow up to 30 kids; there is an additional $10 charge per child over 30. A non-refundable, non-transferable $50 deposit is required to secure a party booking.
