CORE Martial Arts and Fitness has been in business since 2012. The school owner and head instructor is Justin Lindal, and the After-School and Summer Camp Director is Therese Lindal. The youth martial art programs focus on self-defense, integrity, self-control, and respect for others. All instructors are certified professionals with years of teaching experience. The programs limit class size so each student can receive individual attention.
