Marion Soccer Inc Recreational & SIMSS Soccer Programs

Marion Soccer Inc Recreational & SIMSS Soccer Programs includes the Recreational Soccer Program and SIMSS (Southern Illinois Middle School Soccer). The Recreational Soccer Program is for Pre-K through 6th Grade, with Saturday games at varying times and weeknight games at 5:30 p.m. SIMSS is for 5th through 8th grade, including 7th and 8th grade players, with weeknight games at 7:00 p.m.

Programs

• Recreational Soccer Program — Pre-K through 6th Grade; children must be age 4 by January 1 for spring soccer and age 4 by August 1 for fall soccer · Saturday games vary in times; weeknight games at 5:30 p.m.
• SIMSS (Southern Illinois Middle School Soccer) — 5th through 8th grade; open to 7th and 8th grade players · Weeknight games at 7:00 p.m.

About the provider

Marion Soccer has offered a family friendly, youth oriented, recreational soccer program for over 35 years. The program is operated and managed by a Board of Directors who donate their time and efforts to running Marion's Recreational Soccer Program. The board states that it will provide a model youth soccer program responsible for the promotion and development of soccer in the greater Marion, Illinois area.

There is a $10 late fee for all late registrations, and late registrations may be placed on a waiting list. Registration fees: Pre-K $40, Kindergarten through 6th Grade $50, SIMSS $60. Children must have soccer cleats designed for soccer and shin guards. Weeknight games are scheduled at 5:30 p.m. for Pre-K - 6th and 7:00 p.m. for 7th grade and up.
