First Steps Dance Program offers Steps 2-5 Ballet/Tap Combo, Lyrical Levels 1 - 3, Ballet Levels 1 - 2, Tap Levels 1 - 3, Jazz Levels 1 - 4, Hip Hop Levels 1 - 3, and Hippity Hop (4s) & Hippity Hop (5s). Programs

  • Steps 2-5 Ballet/Tap Combo — Steps 2-5 · Combination of ballet, tap, and creative movement; 45 minutes for Steps 2-4 and 50 minutes for Steps 5; ballet and tap shoes required.
  • Lyrical Levels 1 - 3 — Ballet and jazz blend; 50 minutes; tan jazz shoes and fitted dancewear required.
  • Ballet Levels 1 - 2 — Foundation in classical ballet technique; 45 minutes; pink ballet shoes, leotard, and tights required.
  • Tap Levels 1 - 3 — Introduction to rhythm, timing, and footwork; 50 minutes; black tap shoes and comfortable fitted dancewear required.
  • Jazz Levels 1 - 4 — Introduction to jazz dance; 45 minutes; tan jazz shoes and fitted dancewear required.
  • Hip Hop Levels 1 - 3 — Introduction to hip hop; 50 minutes; clean-soled sneakers and comfortable athletic wear required. Pants are recommended due to floor work.
  • Hippity Hop (4s) & Hippity Hop (5s) — ages 4-5 · High-energy introduction to hip hop designed specifically for ages 4-5; 45 minutes; clean-soled sneakers and comfortable athletic wear required. Pants are recommended for floor work.
  • Adult Line Dancing — adults · Single-session line dancing pop-up; clean sneakers, indoor boots, or leather-soled shoes required.
