NFL Alumni Youth Football Camps focus on non-contact football skills and football programs where kids practice running, throwing, and catching. Participants also work on life skills while learning to compete like an NFL player.

Since 2002, Pro Sports Experience has successfully operated over 900 community-based youth sports camps, and Tom Finks founded Pro Sports Experience in 2002. Camps are led by pro coaches with supplemental instruction from NFL Alumni players, described as real NFL Alumni Heroes. Pro Sports Experience, LLC is led by Owner/President Tom Finks, with a core management staff that includes National Operations Director Mike Gross, Chief Financial Officer and Attorney Lisa Finks, and Communications Manager Kaitlin Palmer. Pro Sports Experience is an officially licensed partner of the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Tennessee Titans, and the National Football League Alumni Association, and it serves families in 9 NFL markets nationwide. Tom Finks and Pro Sports Experience are highlighted in a 30-minute documentary called “Legacy of Hope,” which follows their partnership with Parents for Peace and Justice and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee and shows the power of sports to change and save lives. During the spring and summer of 2017, Emmy Award winners Mike Leonard and Mary Kay Wall followed NFL Alumni players and Pro Sports Experience as they worked with at-risk kids in Chicago neighborhoods, and the program also features a Family Football Gameshow hosted by an NFL Alumni player.
