Day Off Gymnastics offers single-day camps for ages 4 to 14. Camps run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and include gymnastics instruction, obstacle courses, games, creative crafts, and fun.
Programs
- Baby Vikes — 6 months to walking with adult participation · Babies and their adults explore a safe, stimulating, and social environment through music, movement, and sensory play.
- Parent Tot — Walking to 2 years with adult participation · Children and their adults explore activities that enhance large motor movement and hand-eye coordination.
- Little Tot — Ages 2 and 3 years with adult participation · Children work on introductory tumbling skills, upper body strength, and motor development in a structured setting.
- Tiny Tot — Ages 3 and 4 years with adult participation · Gymnasts build on previous skills with more focus on gymnastics terminology, proper body positions, and tumbling progressions.
- Tumble Tot — Ages 4 years through pre-kindergarten · Gymnasts practice gymnastics skills while staying active and engaged.
- Kinder Tot — Kindergarten students ages 5 and 6 · More advanced concepts on the balance beam, bars, rings, and trampoline are introduced.
- Day Off Gymnastics Camps — Ages 4 to 14 · Single-day camps offered during the school year; camps run 9:00a to 12:00p · $69 per session · Packed with gymnastics instruction, obstacle courses, games, creative crafts, and fun.
- Girls Instructional Gymnastics — First grade and up · Skill-based curriculum; classes include Purple Beginner, Silver Advanced Beginner, Gold Intermediate, Platinum Advanced Intermediate, and Advanced Recreational.
- Boys Instructional Gymnastics — First grade and up · Weekly classes are open to students in first grade and up, emphasizing skill level rather than age.
- Homeschool Gymnastics — First grade and up · Weekly classes are open to students in first grade and up, emphasizing skill level rather than age.
- Adult Gymnastics — Adults · Beginner and experienced athletes alike can develop skills, build strength, and enjoy gymnastics at their own pace.
