About

Day Off Gymnastics Camps offers gymnastics instruction, thrilling obstacle courses, games, and creative crafts. Campers work on gymnastics skills while rotating through these different activities during each camp day. Camps are offered as single-day options during the school year.

• Ages: 4–14 years old
• Schedule: Camps run from 9:00a to 12:00p.
• Price: $69 for the first child; 10% discount for siblings signed up in a concurrent day camp in gymnastics. Fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.

Day Off Gymnastics Camps includes a Tot Gymnastics Camp for ages 4 through kindergarten, where tot campers are grouped by age and participate in activities in both the Tot area and the larger gym space. Tots work on gymnastics skills, games, and crafts, and may join older peers for some larger group activities. Tot campers must be 4 years of age based on a September 1st birthdate or currently enrolled in a Tumble Tot class to be enrolled.

The program also offers an Instructional Gymnastics Camp for first through eighth grade, where campers are grouped by skill level and rotate through various events. This instructional gymnastics camp is geared towards recreational gymnasts, not competitive gymnasts, and camp groups are pre-determined and grouped by skill level and age. Registration is on a first come, first served basis, all students must register in advance, and an annual membership fee is not required to attend. A PM Fun Zone is available to extend the day. Campers receive a light snack provided by Viking, and upcoming camp dates are listed for January, February, March, and April 2026.

The dress code for Day Off Gymnastics Camps is a shirt or leotard and athletic shorts or leggings, with no bare midriffs, hair pulled out of the face, bare feet, no jewelry, and clothing without zippers or snaps. Young campers are recommended to bring a change of clothes, and all campers should bring shoes that are easy to get on for bathroom, craft, and snack time. Campers should bring a water bottle with a secure top (no straws), labeled with the camper’s name. All participants must have a signed policy agreement on their Jackrabbit account, and families are asked to inform Viking of any food restrictions and allergies.
